Ingredients:
- Mutton – 400 grams.
- Oil – 1 Cup
- Black Pepper (25), Cloves(4),
- Ginger Paste – 1 Tsp
- Tomatoes – 3
- Onion – 2
- Green Chilies – 6
- Water – 300 ml
- Red chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
- Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
- Garnish with Green Chilies and Julienne Ginger
Method:
Your Mutton Karahi is ready.
First Take Karahi and put all Mutton in the Karahi.
Then add onion, tomato, and green chili.
Add some water.
Tuen on the flame and cover the Karahi.
After 15 minutes on medium flame, remove the cover from Karahi.
Dry water.
Then add Oil.
Add all Masalas in Karahi.
Then add yogurt in the Karahi.
After frying, add some green chilies and Julienne Ginger for garnishing.
Serve Karahi with Nan or tandoori roti.
